Privacy Policy
Last amended: October 28, 2026
Scope of This Notice
This Privacy Statement ("Statement") applies to Audian, Inc. and its affiliates (collectively "Audian," "we," "us" or "our"). This Statement describes how we handle the personal information of our customers, potential customers, website visitors, and others who contact us. If you have any questions about our privacy practices, please contact us at 411@audian.com.
Our Commitment to Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. We are committed to honoring your reasonable expectation that we keep any information about you confidential. We are required by federal law to maintain the privacy of certain information about you, and we want to be sure you know how we handle your information.
Audian collects, uses, and discloses information about you only in the ways described in this Statement, and we will take reasonable precautions to protect this information from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access.
The Information We Collect
Customer Proprietary Network Information (CPNI)
As a provider of telecommunications services, Audian collects information about the telecommunications services you purchase, how you use those services, and billing information related to those services. This information is known as "Customer Proprietary Network Information" or "CPNI." Federal law restricts how we may use CPNI.
CPNI includes information about the quantity, technical configuration, type, destination, location, and amount of use of your telecommunications services, and information related to your bills for these services. For example, the numbers you call, when and how long you speak, and what calling plan you use is CPNI. Audian uses CPNI to provide and improve our services to you. We may share CPNI with our agents and contractors who help us to provide services to you, but only for that purpose.
We protect CPNI as required by federal law and the rules of the Federal Communications Commission ("FCC"). You have the right to restrict our use of your CPNI beyond what is required to provide your service. If you wish to restrict our use of your CPNI, please contact us at 411@audian.com or call us at 844.611.6110.

We also collect personally identifiable information ("PII"), which is information that identifies a specific individual. PII includes information such as your name, postal address, telephone number, email address, account number, social security number, and payment information. We collect PII when you subscribe to our services, communicate with us, use our services, or visit our websites.
We use PII to:

- Bill you for services
- Contact you about your account, including sending you service announcements and administrative messages

- Enforce our Terms of Service
Content of Communications
In the ordinary course of providing our communications services, we may have access to the content of your communications. We treat such communications as private and confidential, and we do not monitor, disclose, or use the contents of such communications except as required or permitted by law, or as necessary to provide our services and protect the rights, property, and safety of Audian and others. For example, we may access the content of communications when we need to maintain our network, when you ask us to assist with a problem, or when we are required to do so by law.

We may share information about you as follows:
- With vendors, consultants, and other service providers who need access to such information to carry out work on our behalf, including payment processors, customer service providers, data analytics providers, and infrastructure providers
- In response to a request for information if we believe disclosure is in accordance with, or required by, any applicable law or legal process, including lawful requests by public authorities to meet national security or law enforcement requirements

We may also share aggregated or de-identified information, which cannot reasonably be used to identify you.
Your Rights Regarding Customer PI
Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information. These may include the right to access the personal information we hold about you, the right to request correction of inaccurate personal information, the right to request deletion of your personal information, the right to object to or restrict certain processing of your personal information, and the right to data portability.

Customer PI Security
We take reasonable measures to help protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. We use industry-standard security technologies and procedures to safeguard your personal information. For example, we use Transport Layer Security (TLS) encryption for data transmitted via our websites and applications. Access to your personal information is restricted to employees and contractors who need to know that information in order to operate, develop, or improve our services.
No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Customer and Law Enforcement Notification
Audian may be required to disclose customer information to law enforcement or government agencies in response to lawful requests, such as subpoenas, court orders, and other lawful process. Where permitted by law, we will attempt to notify you of such requests before disclosing your information, unless doing so would be prohibited by law or would result in serious adverse consequences to Audian or others. In certain circumstances, such as in an emergency involving the risk of death or physical injury to any person, we may disclose information without providing prior notice.
Cookies and Other Browser Information
Automatically Collected Information
When you use our websites or services, we may automatically collect certain information, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, device identifiers, pages viewed, links clicked, and the date and time of your visit. We use this information to understand how our websites and services are used, to keep them secure, and to improve them.
Cookies and Local Storage
Cookies are small data files stored on your device. Local storage is similar storage in your browser that our website can read and write. Our website uses them only for the following:
- Analytics: Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (named
_gaand_ga_followed by an identifier) so we can count visits and understand how visitors use our website. We have configured it for analytics only: Google Signals and ad personalization are turned off, and advertising storage is disabled. We remove query-string values from page addresses before they are sent, other than campaign tags (such asutm_tags and ad-click identifiers) set in the link you followed, so Google Analytics can report which campaigns bring visitors; we do not send anything you type into a form, such as your name or email address. When you submit our contact form, Google Analytics records only that a form was submitted. - Cookieless measurement: Cloudflare Web Analytics measures page visits and site performance without setting cookies.
- Security: Our contact form and the form for reaching our team from the chat use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that submissions come from a person rather than an automated program. To do this, Cloudflare processes information about your browser and device.
- How you found us: If you arrive from another website, or through a link that carries campaign information (such as
utm_tags or an ad-click identifier), our website saves that campaign information, the address of the referring page (without its query string), the first page you visited on our site, and the date, in your browser's local storage. A later visit through a different link or website replaces it. After 90 days it is no longer used and is removed on your next visit. If you submit our contact form, this information is sent with your submission so our staff know how you found us. We do not send this saved information to Google or to any analytics or advertising provider.
We do not use advertising or marketing cookies, and our website does not carry advertising pixels or retargeting tags. You can block or delete cookies and clear local storage in your browser settings.
Third Party Analytics
You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. You can learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services by visiting google.com/policies/privacy/partners.
Linked Sites
Our websites may contain links to other websites that are not operated by us. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that third party's site. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

- Contacts you access or import through the App
- Device information, including device model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers
- Location information, where required for E911 emergency services
- Usage data, including features used and performance data
Permissions
The App may request the following permissions on your device:
- Microphone: To enable voice and video calls
